At Vape Universe, we take pride in swiftly processing your orders, with most shipments leaving our facility within 24 hours. During peak demand, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Our dependable shipping network ensures prompt delivery of your vape mails.

Details about Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided during checkout, based on your location and USPS service. Once your order finishes processing at our facility, a tracking email will be automatically sent to you.

For customers in the Midwest or Eastern U.S., some orders may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $80

Select Free Shipping during checkout for orders exceeding $80 (excluding taxes, excise tax, discounts, and reward points). Please note that paid shipping orders are prioritized over Free Shipping orders.

Mandatory Adult Signature Service

To comply with federal laws, all vape mail orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. A $7 fee applies, and the option is available during checkout. Alternatively, we can ship to a business address for your convenience.

Shipping and Handling Timelines

Orders may take 24 to 72 business hours to process. After processing, a tracking email will confirm the final stages of fulfillment. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times

Western Half of the US - 1-3 business days* in transit

Eastern Half of the US - 6-20 business days* in transit


During peak seasons or sales surges, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to ensure prompt deliveries.

We process orders from 8:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday. Carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S Federal Holidays.

Return to Sender

Reshipping services are at Vape Universe's discretion. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we may offer a refund less postal expenses.

If a package is returned because an adult signature and ID couldn't be collected, a $14 restocking fee may apply. We reserve the right to re-ship only after the original package is returned and processed.

State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be canceled, and the entire order may be refunded. Vape sales are banned in certain states and cities. Flavored e-liquid sales are restricted in specific locations.

International Orders

If your country/state is not listed during checkout, we cannot accept payment or ship to your location. Products are listed in USD, and customers are responsible for conversion fees, duties, taxes, VAT, and any related fees.

Additional shipping costs incurred (e.g., rejected by customs) may be deducted from the original payment.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not Vape Universe's responsibility. Report any issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update. We do not take responsibility for packages marked delivered by third-party shipping carriers.

Note: User-inputted erroneous addresses may cause delays and additional costs. Vape Universe is not responsible for such address issues.

All replacement and warranty shipments are sent using Standard Shipping.
