Return and refund Policy

We offer 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or scratched, with tags, and in its original packaging. We accept returns if they have fault by manufacturer for example, not turning on, and not charging, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Policy:

We will notify you once we received and inspect your return, and we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it's approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage or Missing Item:

If you receive your purchase and discover damage product, please snap a photo a of the items and submit it to us at, Items received must be reported within 48 hours. Unless the goods comes broken, all glass items, components, and accessories are not covered under warranty. Our customer service team is always available to help you with any concerns.

Order Cancellation:

Please email with the subject line "Cancel Request: Order #" if you would like to cancel an order. We won't be able to cancel an order once it has been shipped and in transit, if customer choose to reject the package then there will be 15% charge for restocking plus shipping.

Please be aware of that, refund payment method will be exactly same is the one that was initially used to make the purchase. Store credit in the amount of the intended refund will be issued if, for any reason, we are unable to return the money to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. vapeuniverseonline is not liable for cancelled orders if they don't match with our cancellation policy or refunds to prepaid cards.
