Return and refund Policy
14-Day Return Policy
At Vape Universe, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It must include all tags and accessories. We accept returns for manufacturing defects, such as products that don't turn on or charge. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com. All return shipping costs must be handled by the customer. After receiving the returned product at 339 Wall St # E, Los Angeles, CA 90013, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
We will notify you after inspecting your returned item. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your purchase arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged product along with the shipping slip to vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com within 48 hours. Glass products and accessories are not covered by our warranty unless they arrive broken. We do not accept damage claims after 48 hours.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Request: Order #". Cancellations are only possible before the order ships. If a shipped order is refused or rejected, a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
General Return Conditions
For wrong items received, notify us immediately by sending photos of the product and shipping slip to vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit, as long as they meet our policy standards. Opened or used items are not eligible for return, including the following:
- E-liquids
- Atomizers (RDA, Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seals are broken)
- Spare parts (Drip tips, glass, O-rings)
- Hemp Products
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Glass accessories
Products with tamper-proof seals, such as E-liquid bottles, cannot be returned once opened.
Warranty Service
We provide a 30-day limited warranty on hardware purchased directly from our site. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, user error, or cosmetic wear and tear.
Items not covered under this warranty:
- Atomizers (RDA, Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils
- Spare parts
- Hemp Products
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Glass accessories
For warranty claims, contact vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. A return shipping label will be provided for defective items, but return shipping costs may apply for standard returns. The original packaging and all contents must be included.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on non-defective items returned for reasons like incorrect orders or no longer needing the item. Defective items will receive store credit instead of a replacement.
Delivery Issues
Report any damaged, missing, or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged item and the invoice to vapeuniverseonline@gmail.com. We cannot accept claims after 48 hours.

We do not guarantee product compatibility. Please research before purchase or ask questions if needed.
Poor packaging on returns may result in rejection. Use padded envelopes or boxes when returning products.
Products like atomizers, pod systems, and starter kits are only for use with e-liquids or nicotine salts. Using other substances like CBD oil will void any warranty. Adult Signature Service, Route fees, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
